Return policy
1. To initiate a return, please ensure that you meet the following requirements and conditions:
-The product must be returned within 30 days after purchase.
-The product must be in its original condition, including labels, packaging, and accessories.
-The product should not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
*If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Note: Some purchases, Final sale/Clearance item(s) are not eligible for return. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
2. Return Policy for US Customers
-In response to the needs of our customers in the United States, we are pleased to announce that we offer a free return policy for US customers. This means that if you are a customer in the United States, you can enjoy free return service, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
-We aim to provide additional convenience to our US customers and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
3.Return Policy for Non-US Customers
-For customers outside the United States, we kindly ask you to bear the return shipping cost. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we hope you understand that it is determined by logistics costs and the complexities of international shipping.

How to make your return
For US customers
Step 1: Submit a return request to customer service support@arromicshoes.com
(Include your name, order number, reasons for return, the picture showing the problem)
Step 2: Our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label to your email address once your return request is approved.
Step 3: Please print out the return label and securely attach it to the package you are returning. Make sure the label is clearly visible and properly affixed.
Step 4: After attaching the return label, take the package to your nearest post office or shipping carrier location.
Step 5: Keep the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier as proof of return. This will allow you to track the package and confirm its delivery back to us.
For Non-US customers
Step 1: Submit a return request to customer service support@arromicshoes.com
(Include your name, order number, reasons for return, the picture showing the problem)
Step 2: Our customer service will provide you with the return address for sending back the item. Please ensure that you have the correct return address before proceeding.
Step 3: Prepare the package for return, ensuring that the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Please note that as a non-US customer, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for returning the package.
Step 4: Take the package to your local post office or shipping carrier location. Submit the package for international shipping and pay for the shipping fees at the post office counter.
Step 5: Keep the receipt and tracking number provided by the shipping carrier as proof of return. This will allow you to track the package and confirm its delivery back to us.
*Note:
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Fast refund: Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
How to exchange an item?
Step 1: Contact us at support@arromicshoes.com with your order number.
Step 2: We will reach out with instructions once we receive your request.
Step 3: Place your item(s) into the original packaging.
Step 4: Deliver your package to a certified shipping courier. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking code.
Order cancellation
Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
